    What if I am already a USCCA Member?

    If you are an existing USCCA member, don't worry—it's easy! Simply sign up for a Tactical Shepherd Membership through our website, and your USCCA membership will automatically roll over to a Tactical Shepherd Membership. The transition is seamless, and you won’t be double billed.

    Your USCCA membership will remain active, and all benefits will continue to be available to you throughout the process. USCCA will automatically reimburse any applicable funds within 2 to 3 weeks, so there’s no need to contact them to cancel.

    Please note that you may receive an automated email from USCCA indicating that your membership has been canceled. Don’t be alarmed—this is part of the transition. Your USCCA number will remain the same, and you'll still have access to the training you've completed through their website. You’ll also receive a new member card in the mail.

    What to Expect When Becoming a Tactical Shepherd Member

    1. Confirmation of Purchase:
      Within an hour of your purchase, you will receive an email from Tactical Shepherd confirming your membership.

    2. USCCA Membership Transition (If Applicable):
      If you are already a USCCA member, you may receive an automated email from the USCCA indicating that your membership has been canceled. Please do not be alarmed, as this is part of the seamless transition to the Tactical Shepherd Membership.

    3. Tactical Shepherd Member Promo Codes:
      Within 72 hours, you will receive an email from Tactical Shepherd containing your personalized member promo code, as well as a separate Friends and Family promo code for you to share.

    4. USCCA Enrollment Confirmation:
      You will also receive an email from the USCCA within 72 hours confirming your enrollment in their Membership. Your monthly payments to Tactical Shepherd will cover the USCCA membership premium.

    5. Billing Information:
      Monthly fees will be billed directly to the credit card of your choice.

      • Platinum Membership: 18-month commitment. Upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations may only be made two weeks before the renewal date.
      • Gold, Silver, and Bronze Memberships: 12-month commitment. Upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations can only be made two weeks before the renewal date.

    6. Auto-Renewal:
      If you choose to renew your membership, no action is required on your part. Your membership will auto-renew.

    7. Monthly Reminders:
      Active Network, LLC., our website provider, will send you an email each month to remind you that your membership payment has been processed.

    Important Notice:

    • Member Promo Code: The member promo code is exclusive for your personal use only. Allowing others to use your code may result in the loss of your membership.
    • Friends and Family Promo Code: You will receive a separate 15% off Friends and Family promo code to share with others.
    • Verification: All memberships and promo codes will be verified at check-in on training day.
