Purchase Confirmation: Within 1 hour, you’ll receive an email from Tactical Shepherd.
Promo Codes: Within 2–3 business days, your member code and Friends/Family code will be emailed.
USCCA Transition: Current members may see a cancellation email—this is normal.
USCCA Enrollment: Confirmation email within 5–7 business days.
Physical USCCA Card: Arrives in 2–3 weeks.

Membership Terms

  • Platinum: 18-month commitment; changes allowed up to 2 weeks before renewal.
  • Gold/Silver/Bronze: 12-month commitment; same change policy.
  • Auto-renews if no changes are made.
  • Member promo codes are for personal use only; Friends & Family codes may be shared.
  • All discounts verified at the course check-in.

💳 How to Update Your Payment Information in Active

Keep your membership active and avoid service interruptions by keeping your payment info up to date. Follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1:
    Go to your Active account:

  • Step 2:
    Enter your Username and Password for Active
  • Step 3:
    • On a computer: Click “My Wallet” in the top menu bar
    • On a mobile device: Tap the profile icon, then select “My Wallet” from the dropdown menu

  • Step 4:
    Click “Add Payment Method” to enter your new card details

  • Step 5:
    After saving your new card, click your old card. A window will open—click “Make Primary” to set your new card as default

  • Step 6:
    Review and update your contact information if needed
