    What if I am already a USCCA Member?

    If you are an existing USCCA member, it is no problem. Just sign up for a Tactical Shepherd Membership though our website, and your USCCA membership automatically rolls over to a Tactical Shepherd Membership. It’s easy, seamless, and you will not be double billed. Your USCCA Membership will remain active, and all benefits will remain available to you during the transition. USCCA will automatically reimburse any money due to you within 2 to 3 weeks. There is not need to call the USCCA to cancel. Please be aware that you may receive an automated email from USCCA stating your membership has been canceled. Please do not be alarmed. Your USCCA number will not change and you will get to keep the training you have completed through their website. You will receive a new member card in the mail. The USCCA has a friendly team that is able to assist with any questions or concerns 24/7. Just give them a call at 800-674-9779.

    Why are we offering all of this at such a discounted price?

    After training thousands of students, it is reasonable to believe that some of them may be involved in a critical incident. This could be anything from active shooter event to a home invasion or to a burglary gone wrong.  We feel its our responsibility to offer you exceptional training and provide you a resource for the possible aftermath of any self defense incident. 

    What to expect when becoming a Tactical Shepherd Member?

    1. You will receive an email within an hour from Tactical Shepherd confirming your purchase.
    2. If you are a current USCCA member, be aware that you may receive an automated email from USCCA stating your membership has been canceled. Please do not be alarmed.
    3. You will receive an email from Tactical Shepherd within 72 hours with your member promo code and your Friends and Family Promo Code.
    4. You will receive an email from the USCCA within 72 hours confirming enrollment into their Membership.  Your monthly fees to Tactical Shepherd will pay the monthly premium for your USCCA membership.
    5. Monthly fees will be billed directly to the credit card of your choice.  
    6. Platinum memberships are 18 month commitments. Upgrades, downgrades or cancellations can only be made two weeks prior to your renewal date.
    7. Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships are 12 month commitments. Upgrades, downgrades or cancellations can only be made two weeks prior to your renewal date.  
    8. If you choose to renew your membership, then no action is required on your part.  Your membership will auto-renew.
    9. Active Network, LLC., our website provider, will email you every month to remind you that they have charged your account.

    The member promo code is for the member only.  Allowing others to use your member promo code may result in a loss of membership.  You will be given a 15% off Friends and Family promo code to offer to others.  Memberships and promo codes will be verified at check-in on training day.
